feed the fish and feed the world

Man takes vast amounts of fish crabs lobsters from the oceans around the world we need to give something back,hotels and bakeries restaurant's create vast amounts of waste food which goes into land fills why waste this food source that only creates methane.

If the above put food waste bins out for collection by fish government agecies around the world and put the food back into the sea to feed the dwindling fish stocks we have left I am sure this would help the meagre diets the fish live on and expand the size and fish stocks around the world.

This can also be used for pig farms this way of feeding pigs was done over thirty years ago in london but pigs are now mostly fed packaged feeds which cost more which drives up the cost of the end product.
